Blueberry Pie

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 5 tbs cornstarch
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Wholly Wholesome GF Pie Crust
  • 1 Wholly Wholesome Pie Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 425
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon
  3. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into pie crust
  4. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture and then lemon juice over blueberry mixture
  5. Cover with top pie dough decorations
  6. Cover the edge with foil to prevent burning
  7. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the juice begins to bubble, removing foil for the last 10 minutes of baking
  8. Cool for about 2 hours.
