    • Whisk Together: Whisk all the ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Cooking the Salmon:
    • Season Salmon: Place salmon fillets on a clean surface and season both sides with salt and pepper.
    • Heat Pan: Place a frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of organic palm oil.
    • Cook Salmon: Once the oil is hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
    • Apply Glaze: Reduce the heat to low and pour the honey glaze mixture over the salmon.
    • Simmer: Allow the salmon to simmer in the glaze for another 2-3 minutes, making sure to spoon some of the glaze over the top of the fillets to ensure they are well-coated.
  3. Final Steps:
    • Check Doneness: Make sure the salmon is cooked through by checking if it flakes easily with a fork.
    • Garnish and Serve: Remove the pan from heat. Garnish the salmon fillets with chopped parsley or cilantro and lemon wedges.
    • Serve: Plate the honey-glazed salmon hot, ideally with steamed vegetables or a light salad on the side.
