Ahara Ghee’s core line consists of Traditional Indian Style Ghee and Traditional Ethiopian Niter Kibbeh as well as a variety of less traditional iterations on clarified butters and oils including medicinals from Ayurvedic traditions. Ahara’s founders, Andrea Shuman and Martin Lemke, met in Ayurvedic Medical School, where they honed their craft of ghee-making and herbalism.
