Harvest Market was founded in 1995 to provide Hockessin, Delaware, and the surrounding communities with a broad selection of wholesome and nourishing foods, nutritional supplements, personal care and household products. Harvest Market strives to conduct business in socially responsible ways that are both sustainable and rewarding for our customers, our employees, our producers and our environment.

In 2013, we opened the Harvest Market Kitchen which produces a variety of grab-and-go soups, salads, sandwiches, sides, sweets and more—all made from scratch with the same high quality ingredients that we sell in the rest of our store. We are active participants in our community, sponsoring two local farmers markets, donating to more than 12 food, farming and health related non-profit organizations, and offering events, educational opportunities and outreach in our region.
