Mastel’s Health Foods is Minnesota’s oldest health and wellness store.  Our shop is located a block and a half east of Snelling on St. Clair Avenue in St. Paul, MN. We have been independently owned and operated since 1968. For 50 years we have been dedicated to providing quality natural products and superior service for all of our customers. Mastel’s has become a trusted community resource for educating people about nutritional support and wellness.

We carry a full line of vitamins, minerals, supplements, and herbs. We have the latest in clean personal care products and cosmetics, as well as a selection of convenience foods and ingredients- most of which are gluten-free. And we happen to have the best farm-fresh eggs in all of St. Paul! In addition, we sell books, household goods, pet care, and have numerous reference materials available in the store.
