Denver Zoo has partnered with Palm Done Right to help spread the word about palm oil and its impact on wildlife habitats. As a zoo-based conservation organization, Denver Zoo is dedicated to providing its more than two million guests with the information they need to make choices that support a healthy planet.
Denver Zoo launched a new sloth exhibit, home to their Linne’s two-toed sloth couple. The new sloth tree debuted on May 24th in Denver Zoo’s Tropical Discover, where guests can spot the sloths while exploring the magical rainforest kingdom.
Visitors will learn about the importance of protecting the sloth’s natural habitat and how they can contribute by making conscious product choices that help protect the planet. The “Adopt-an-Animal” Program will feature several PDR brand partners committed to sustainable palm oil sourcing, like Nutiva, Mary’s Gone Crackers, and Yum Butter. If you want to join this partnership too, do let us know.
