Established in 2010, Jovial Foods, Inc. is a family-owned company that is dedicated to crafting exceptionally delicious, traditional foods for individuals with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and those looking for great-tasting, healthy options. Owners, Carla and Rodolfo live in Italy the majority of the year with their two daughters. Here, they are able to oversee the farming and production of jovial’s products while also working to develop authentic, nutritious, and delicious foods for the future.

Following their belief that good food starts with a seed, jovial uses ingredients of remarkably high quality. Every ingredient is cultivated with truly sustainable farming methods that aren’t hurting our environment, which is why Palm Done right is very important in the production of jovial’s Gluten Free Cookies, Einkorn Cookies, and Einkorn Crackers. Artisan producers then carefully craft all of jovial’s products using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations.
