Created to use business as a force for good, Project Hive Pet Company’s mission is to save the bees. As one of the few Certified B Corp pet companies, this public benefit company offers USA-made dog toys and treats, using more sustainable materials and Non-GMO Project Verified ingredients. Through their membership with 1% for the Planet, they donate a percent of all gross sales to non-profit partners in the U.S. and Canada to plant wildflowers—restoring healthy habitat for the vital bee population.

Based in Minnesota, Project Hive Pet Company launched in early 2021 with dog treats and toys that work together to create an engaging experience for dogs. In early 2023, they introduced the Hive Scent Collection—a beautiful array of woof-worthy™ dog toys in a bee-utiful variety of aromas and colors! The dog toys are available in five scents and colors that humans love almost as much as dogs do: calming lavender, soothing vanilla, sweet mango, tropical coconut, and wild berry. In alignment with their mission, all scents are inspired by plants that feed or need bees for pollination.

In August 2023, Project Hive Pet Company introduced its first product containing palm oil: Peanut Butter Spreadable Dog Treat, made with just three simple ingredients: peanuts, organic honey, and sustainably sourced, organic, Palm Done Right® Oil. Project Hive Pet Company’s new Peanut Butter Spreadable Dog Treat is absolutely paw-fect for spreading on the Hive Disc + Lick Mat and into the cavities of Hive Chew Toys. With its spreadable consistency and easy-to-use squeezable pouch (no refrigeration needed), the benefits of this lickable dog treat abound!
